Submitting your application isn't the end of the process — it's what starts the review. Here's exactly what happens next.
1. The processing fee
Before your application moves to review, a one-time processing fee is charged (shown on the payment page — see our Rates & Charges page for the current amount). This covers the cost of running your credit eligibility check. If your application is later approved, this fee is adjusted against the interest on your loan rather than charged twice; see our Refund Policy for the specific situations where it's refunded outright.
2. Review
Once paid, your application enters the review queue. Our team checks it against our internal credit policy — the details you submitted, your stated income and employment, and the consistency of the application as a whole.
3. The decision
Most applicants hear back — and have funds disbursed if approved — within 24 hours of submitting a complete application. You'll see the outcome directly in your dashboard: approved, with your EMI and disbursal details, or rejected, with the reason our team recorded for that decision.
4. If you're rejected
You can see the stated reason on your application's detail page in your dashboard, and reach out to customer care directly from there if you have questions about it. See our related post on common rejection reasons for general guidance on what to check before reapplying.
